I just upgraded the forum release of 3.0 for PMP and it works great, but it doesn’t seem to take the back or escape commands from my harmony remote anymore. I tested the buttons outside of Plex and they worked.
I have the same issue.
On my remote with PMP 3.0 the back button and stop buttons do not work. I’ve confirmed that they work for other programs outside of Plex, but in 3.0 they do not work.
Just a little trick… I have added a “Microsoft MCE Keyboard” as device to the Harmony. Then, I added the device to my “activity” (Plex in my case) and remapped the missing buttons: “X” for stop, “B” for back, “H” for exit,…

Note: take into account that de added device “Microsoft MCE Keyboard” can hibernate your HTPC on exit (Harmony send a power toggle on exit). If you don’t need that, then you can deactivate in the configuration device on Harmony for this device (“always on” or “this device don’t have on/off buttons”)
