Some movies doesn’t load on tv but works on the webplayer

Hi everyone,

I got a Philips 4K with Android TV. I got Plex and my movies are on a hard drive on my PC (I use exclusively as a server for Plex).

Since 1 month. Some Movies works once on the tv, and since I cannot rewatch them. It loads during 2-3 min and then I got « connexion problem with the server ».
But other movie works perfectly right after. Even in 4K with DTS.

Plus, the movies who doesn’t load works perfectly if I start them directly in the player’s server.

I need help.
