Some music files not showing up

Synology NAS - Close to 30,000 tracks on the NAS, but some are not showing up - maybe 10%. For example I have a Rammstein folder with 2 album folders and tracks. None show up. I have deleted and reuploaded to NAS thinking it would recognize as new, but no dice.

I have read over support articles. Looked at logs, but have no idea what I am looking at or for. Any help would be appreciated.

It makes sense now, I was moving directories in and out to clean up files and the permissions must have changed moving in and out.
