All good now! Thank-you so much!!
Looks like I just scored the same issue. Can I get a certificate reset please?
(Also, if I just generate my own validly signed ssl cert and upload it, would that fix this issue?)
Thanks

@ChuckPa
I recreated the docker image using plexinc/pms-docker:1.20.1.3252-a78fef9a9, but I still have that same problem. I can see my server when I use the custom domain, but I canāt see the server with the android apps or app.plex.tv
I found the problem on my system.
Iām using portainer, and inside the plex container I had to add an ENV variable called āADVERTISE_IPā, with the values being āmydomain:443, mydomain:80ā
Maybe someone more savvy than me can explain how to do this without portainer.
Hope this helps anyone else who still struggles after the cert error.
Same problem here:

Hey sorry I had called it a night before I saw your response and after restarting this morning I am still getting the cert 404. What are the next steps? thanks!
Hello, same problem for me.
PMS on my NAS.
Thanks for your help.Plex Media Server Logs_2020-10-07_15-33-04.zip (2.9 MB)
Shut it down.
we let it sit for 10-15 min
Then I reset
Then you start it
(PMS itself realizes it needs a new cert)
Ok I have shut down my PMS. Start the timer.
Same issue here with remote access. attached is my log file. Thank youPlex Media Server (2).zip (47.8 KB)
Restart the server
Looks to be working. Thanks!!
Would you mind checking my logs posted earler?
Iām not sure if I just got lost in the forest or if support is different/limited for non-Plex Pass users, but if thatās the case just let me know and Iāll sub up. I believe itās the same and I cannot find a solution on my own so far.
Thanks
Turn DEBUG logging back on then SAVE (Keep verbose OFF)
Now restart and gather fresh logs.
You are hurting yourself and making it impossible for us to help.
Lowering level does not save space. They are fixed size (10.4 MB)
Your certificate is reset
You can start now.
Iām also having a 404, logs are attached. The server is now shut down. Thank you!
