Some remote access stopped working

how can i tell if im having a certificate issue?

  1. restart PMS
  2. wait 2 minutes
  3. Download the logs
  4. Examine the ZIP file (Plex Media Server.log)
  5. If it contains “404” and “cannot fetch certificate” then that’s the problem
  6. Also look for “422” returns if you have Plex/Home and/or Remote Access

@ChuckPa I just reset my password today, and now cannot connect securely remotely as well. I tried deleting PlexOnlineHome, PlexOnlineMail, PlexOnlineToken, and PlexOnlineUsername from Registry (Win10) to no luck. Then came across this tread.

Looks like I’m having the same issues:
