Oct 05, 2020 20:00:17.006 [0x7fcb28ff9700] ERROR - CERT: Could not fetch certificate from the cloud: 404
Certificate reset
Restart the server
All fixed.
Many thanks for the quick response.
@ChuckPa thanks for your help it seems to be working now.
This looks like it fixed the problem.
However I am not able to sign in remotely into my server via Google Chrome. Using my external IP, XX.XXX.XXX.X:32400 and http://app.plex.tv/desktop?secure=0 and it just spins, all i see if that it is waiting for assets.plex.tv.
It worked! Thanks a lot!
You just stepped beyond my knowledge of Windows.
Please create a fresh thread and ask the Ninjas to help.
I am a linux system engineer. I do two thing with windows ā wash or break them
Hi @ChuckPa,
I am having the same issue with remote access. Could you please see logs and help me if possible.
Your server has a certificate but unable to publish.
I have reset the certificate anyway.
Please restart as soon as possible.
I believe Iām having similar issues. Lost secure connections sometime Saturday. I did some digging around and tried some suggestions but the best I could do is get it to work with insecure connections. Even in the insecure state though I could not get my PMS to enable remote access and I had the same log line as some others showing it switching to āMapped - Not Publishedā. During that time my android client debug logs show the server as unreachable.
Currently the server is offline after gathering the logs but could you take a look?
Iām also having the same issue with remote access.
Coud you please reset the certificate?
You have several servers listed. I spot the obvious older ones
It appears Crossfiles is the only active one. Is this correct?
If so, would you like me to remove the others while here?
