Here are my logs
No problem at all. restarting now, thank you. Will update with results.
You have a 422 , not the 404. Not a clear case but resetting helps with that too.
I was working on pulling logs so likely still had the server running when you reset. Will that be a problem?
no… Go restart it now
That seem to have worked! Thanks so much! FYI I did see that there was a PMS update available about 30 minutes ago so I installed that but it didn’t seem to fix the problem until you reset the certificate. Thanks again!
You got caught by the partial outage.
My resetting the certifcate forced it to resync all the pieces
I think I have this certificate issue as well. I also can’t access the server from app.plex.tv or the android app, but I can access fine from the local domain.
Tried restarting the docker container, tried restarting the server, nothing. But the Plex movies and things are still there.
Certificate reset.
Please restart the server.
Yes, Crossfiles is my active server.
If you have the time it would be great to remove the old ones
Hi, looks like my servers been hit with the same problem, i’m seeing the 404 error when my server tries to fetch the certificate. Logs attached
Still having the same problem. Is there a restart window?
I know you’ve been busy with this, but can you check mine as well please? I posted my logs earlier and think they might have got lost in the mix here - #118
@ChuckPa Hi ! Hope you spend a good day! Do you have some news about my problem since you forwarded my logs to the enginers ?
@ChuckPa I am also experiencing the 422 error. Can I try a cert reset.
@ChuckPa Hi ! Till 20 minutes it works ! Dunno how, some inginiers has done something perhaps ! Great to see it working again !!!
@ChuckPa
I just noticed my server appears to be suffering from the Certificate issue again. Its is no longer securely accessible remotely. I don’t see the same Cert issue in the logs though. Not sure whats going on, if its related or not. Logs attached.

Your server now has a certificate. This is part of the battle.
Stop the server.
I will reset again.
Start the server.
Turn off Remote Access after it fails.
Restart PMS
Wait 2 more minutes
Enable Remote Access.
Now wait for it to go green and LOCK green.
This behavior has been reported to Engineering. We’ve been discussing it all day.
