Some remote access stopped working

I have stopped the server
@ChuckPa

Certificate reset.
You may start the host

Could you reset mine again as well please? Seems like last time I did something wrong and it didn’t work.

@captainsockpuppet @jmsarel

Did you restart the server after I reset it before or are you still running without restarting?

@ChuckPa Here are the latest logs from the server.

I had restarted the server after you reset the cert the last time, and it did work briefly, but seems to have stopped again. Not sure why.

This isn’t the certificate issue.

Can you reinstall PMS 1.20.1 and also retest ?

Sorry - I do not.

Damn. There is no 1.20.1 docker on our server for me to get for you either.

I can get everything else.

Found it!

so change plexinc/pms-docker:latest to plexinc/pms-docker:1.20.1.3252-a78fef9a9

ANY PMS version can be used in docker this way. (Version tags)

Ref: https://hub.docker.com/r/plexinc/pms-docker/tags

Sorry, I may be misunderstanding - im running it on a Windows 10 machine.

@LMF455r

Let me see if I can find it and upload for you

I found a version for you.

Uploading to Gdrive now

@LMF455r

This is 1.20.1

It’s always advisable to keep at least 1 known-working version around.

It will help when uncertainties creep in.

I’m having this issue. Had no problems for years and now all of a sudden can’t access remotely. Checked all setting and port forwards are good.
