Some TV Stations won't stream to Client

Server Version#:1.16.6.1559
Player Version#:1.1.0.831-e1ae73b1

Hello,
my DVR LiveTV makes problems.
A handful of TV stations don’t want to run.
It uses a Vu Uno4k with FBC tuners. As plugin I have HRTunerProxy running.
All stations are HD.

All TV channels run via VLC on the target computer without any problems.

I have added the logfiles, I hope someone can help me to find the error.
There are two stream attempts in the logfiles. The first one works, then I switched to transcoding for testing.
The second TV channel doesn’t work.

According to network monitoring the stream is built by the Vu but not forwarded to the client. This happens until the client aborts.

Many thanks in advance
Oliver

Plex Media Server Logs_2019-08-28_16-35-07.zip (108.8 KB)

I have now tried SD quality of the non-functioning TV channels and these also run without problems.

Could it be that the Plex Server has quality restrictions and if so, can I change parameters somewhere to make the channels run after all? The server actually has enough CPU speed to handle 1080p.

The HD channels that don’t work have the following stream structure:
Stream 0: Video
Stream 1: Sound
Stream 2: Teletext
Stream 3: Subtitles (Not all)
Stream 4: DVB Subtitles (Not all)

And here the structure of the streams that work in HD:
Stream 0: Teletext
Stream 1: Subtitles (Not all)
Stream 2: Video
Stream 3: Sound

The values are read from VLC.

It should also be said that the SD channels also work with the first stream setup, but there the video resolution is much lower.

I hope that a developer can tell me if these differences can produce such an error in Plex.
