Hi, Ioaded videos in my plex file. some of the videos appear and some not. all the videos are the same format MP4. any help on how i can resolve this issue. thanks
What type of library is it? (Movie, TV Show, Personal Videos)
Are you following the appropriate naming convention for the library type? (Movies. TV Shows)
Are you picking the correct “source folder” for these files? (refer to above links)
Can you provide the filename of one file that does not show up, so you can confirm to us that you follow the naming scheme?

It is the correct source folder.
The weirdest thing is that the Last seasons appears but the first 2 don’t.
All the files present in the same way, the same naming convention and the same type of file (MP4).
Mind sharing the actual file names and folder structure (as well as which folder in that structure is linked to the library)? Otherwise that’s a very theoretical discussion 
Also… with mp4 files there’s a chance they contain conflicting embedded metadata that can cause trouble if you’ve configured your library to prefer that embedded information.
