Something on my network is pinging Plex and causing errors

Server Version#1.22.1.4228-724c56e62

For some time now, my Plex running on Nvidia Shield 2017 is causing me a lot of problems.
It hangs, sometimes doesn’t respond. I factory reset the Nvidia Shield and reinstalled Plex a lot of times.

Trying to find the cause (and a solution) I noticed in my log that something is triggering errors every X seconds.

SSDP: Error parsing device schema for http://192.168.1.14:49153/description0.xml

And

Those IP doesn’t even belong to the Shield. Maybe it’s my Sky Topbox, I’m not sure.

Anyway, what is that and should I worry?

If you don’t know IP addresses of things on network you can use smart phone apps like Fing to keep track of things easily but your router should have a device list in it as well.

probably is something like your Sky box announcing it self on network. The server looks at thing like to look for DVR tuners. The device is not a tuner so the xml that is publishes is not known to Plex. You should not need to worry about it.
