Just use whatever browser is loaded on the app home screen sony nearly always uses opera on linux smart tvs ,it is possible you don’t have a browser you can check the manual as some of these tvs are for the Russian and Ukraine

You could try using mirroring via a mobile device but you won’t have a fixed browser on the TV. That model was base model in 2016. With no browser. You could get a Smart android TV box or connect a PC or laptop via HDMI for browsing. Its not worth trying to update Sony firmware with an alternative from the US. It’s a Sony product so support is not good at the best of times.
All will be easier if you sell your TV and buy a LG, Samsung or Andrid TV. Or an android tv box.
