Sound and subs, but no image

I have a minix U9, connected to Samsung TV and streaming from iMac. Until recently I was able to play everything on TV without any problems, but recently I have been getting sound and continuous subtitles, but the image only shows the opening shot. Movies that I put in the folder before are still working. It only concerns recently posted content. Is Plex Server browser dependent? Does anyone know what’s going on here?

Ik heb een minix U9, aangesloten op Samsung-tv en stream vanaf iMac. Tot voor kort kon ik probleemloos alles afspelen op tv, maar sinds kort krijg ik wel geluid en doorlopende ondertiteling, maar het beeld geeft alleen het openingsshot weer. Films die ik eerder in de map zette, doen het nog gewoon. Het gaat alleen om onlangs geplaatste content. Is Plex Server browser-afhankelijk? Weet iemand wat er hier aan de hand is?

Player version is Plex Media Player for Androïd 2.9.18, Minix is indeed an androïd device.

v2.19.18 was released in 2013.

Current Plex Android client is version 7.29.2 (Release Announcement thread).

Double check the installed version. You can look in Authorized Devices or launch the client app, go to settings, and look in lower right corner of display.
