Spinning wheel when trying to watch some shows

Server Version#: 1.21.1.3876
Player Version#: 4.4.92

Recently downloaded a show and i get nothing but a spinning wheel when trying to play it, other files work just fine and when i play it directly on my windows box it plays just fine.

I have tried to play it at 2:52pm on 01/12 in log files

Below is an excerpt on what i think is the primary issue in the logs

I reviewed your logs.

  1. Please turn off VERBOSE
  2. Please turn on DEBUG and leave it on. It’s best for overall debugging purposes.
  3. Logs are fixed size meaning verbose limits the max elapsed time to about 2 minutes which isn’t enough for 99% of the cases.
  4. After settings & saving the logging options, Restart PMS
  5. Let sit 2 minutes then recreate the problem and attach the ZIP logs.

I suspect you’re running out of notify slots on the host.

Well after much drama with my docker going haywire etc etc it was in fact verbose limits… apparently i finally hit the magic number of folders. Thanks Chuck!
