OP i am sorry to jump on your post but I am having the exact same issue as you.
@BigWheel, I have mine setup with port forwarding, port 32400, but am experiencing the same sporadic remote access drops as the OP. Can you look at my logs and help?

@demody please disable verbose logging. save the settings. then restart your server wait a few minutes then grab logs again. Only Debug logging should be enabled.
I moved your posts to a new topic because your logs don’t indicate a doublenat issue like the other user had. I do see some weirdness but would like to see logs without verbose enabled.
Thanks. I did as you said. The Remote Access is still sporadic, currently it is not giving access.
I’ve downloaded the server logs:
Can you please describe your network setup? it does show a possible double nat but not as clear cut as the other users was. Do you have a VPN or anything like that.
I’m using a Synology NAS as the media server. It is connected to an unmanaged Switch which is connected directly to a Router. I do not have a VPN.
What sort of modem is the router connected to? What ISP? Is it a “combo” device that is a modem and a router?
Your logs show IPs from various local network subnets and not sure why.
Your server seems to be on subnet 192.168.7.x
have a Roku on 192.168.5.x
then something else on 192.168.4.x
