Thanks @ChuckPa . I had mine shutdown last night and started it up this morning.
On iOS apps, I’m seeing normal behavior but on the web app version I’m still seeing:
app.plex.tv is unable to connect to "ayarrow-macminim1" securely

Apologies.

Oh - I just tested with my mobile data and it looks to be working, so it’s not SSL.
None of the local devices are connecting.
I’ll try to figure it out and raise it separately if needed.
Can I have my cert reset as well? @ChuckPa
I’ve recently migrated my server from Windows to a docker image on a Synology NAS. Everything seems to be working locally, and it says that I should be able to connect remotely, but trying to access my server via the Plex Web App yields an “unsecure connection”.
Upon looking at my logs, I’ve found this:

Repeat the above multiple times. Can a Plex Employee please assist me with this? Based on the responses here, I’m assuming that someone will need to reset something for me. I took my server down for now.
They’re looking at your server. It’s not supposed to get ‘stuck’ that way.
Suggestion 1 -
Suggestion 2 -
Suggestion 3 - Reset the browser
If SSL works, it must be that browser app.
Forgive my new-ness here… but can you translate the emojis for me? Sorrrrry lol!
@ChuckPa I restarted my server and everything is working now. Thank you for your help!
It’s just my
humor
Reset the browser.
If that doesn’t work, get a new computer… it’s ONLY a Mac
Certificates are operating normally again.
If you experience SSL errors
Thank you for your help! Back up and running 100%.
I restarted the plex server and all seems to be well now, thanks!
Thank you everything is working now
Hi,
I have been following this thread and from my understanding, the ssl certificate issue should resolve by restarting the plex service. I tried this two times over the past 30 minutes or so, but I am still having issues. It was my belief that they are related to ssl certificates given the line (and logs) below, but perhaps it’s something else?
I posted several hours ago, but just in case, I encountered this issue while trying to move a plex installation to a new server.
For a short period over the weekend, it was working. However, due to issues related to the OS, I took the new server offline and reverted to the old one. Both were never online at the same time. When the OS issues were fixed, I again attempted to cutover to the new server after the old was offline, but started experiencing the current (ssl?) issue.
I would be grateful for any assistance. thank you
The lines which give the impression of an ssl problem are:

I believe that resolved my issue! Thanks so much!
Good Day. I am also having some certificate issues. Please see attached Logs.

Thanks. But I had the problem even before adding that in. Been an issue since Monday. One error I did see as well was below. But don’t always see it.
CERT: Error acquiring new certificate: Failed to upload CSR: 429, <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

I worked with the cert folks yesterday and they got all the 422/429 error handling resolved.
It’s now configured to cleanup once per hour (system wide) instead of once per day.
I have manually reset your certificate anyway.
Please restart the server
