SSL Certificate Errors

HI I seem to have the same or similar issue for the past 48 hours. I’ve been trying to troubleshoot, already removed and reclaimed my server, rebooted and upon checking logs I have similar messages as others above.
Plex web shows cannot connect securely

Which server? I see 5 listed

@ChuckPa thank you for the quick response. It seems to have worked.

My next question is why would I have two certificates? I can remove one if there is a way

FLOWERBOX2011 - i didn’t think i had any others active. thanks.

@ChuckPa Could I bother you reviewing my cert? Information sent above flowerbox post

@windguruu

Sorry I missed that.

Your cert was all confused.
It has been reset.
You may restart the server.

Thank you @ChuckPa after reboot I can stream from Plex app OSX locally but web still shows app.plex.tv is unable to connect securely
Tested Chrome and Safari

  1. I don’t understand all the clients.
  2. I don’t understand windows. I’m a Linux person.

You’re best next step is to open this as a separate issue in the Windows section

Thank you will do!

@ChuckPa I just found:

Blockquote [CERT] TLS connection came in with unrecognized plex.direct SNI name ‘10-1-3-20.bf28fd7959774c81bab973050e0dfa41.plex.direct’; using installed plex.direct cert

plex.direct = DNS Rebinding blocking.

I’ve reset your cert but something else is happening.

Do you have your own certificate installed?

Can you create a DNS resolver exception to allow “Private Domain” “plex.direct”?

Some routers/firewalls (like pfsense) have direct ability to do so.
