Still having issues with audio drop-off on specific titles. This only happens in the Tizen Plex app. Apple TV and Roku works fine on these titles. I have sent logs and had confirmation that there was an issue. I’ve been told the problem is probably on the Samsung side and would be looked at, but I have honestly lost all hope. Please help!
You can try using something like Handbrake to transcode the audio to another codec and see if that helps. I’ve pinged Samsung for an update on the issue.
The file is fine and plays great on Roku and Apple TV Plex clients…just not Samsung. Please inform if Samsung can resolve. Thanks!
