Plex Media Server is running on a Synology NAS, correct?

DSM version?
If the NAS is running DSM 7, please follow FAQ 31: Reset / Reclaim PMS on DSM 7 (Not Authorized - Locked Out). If successful, you will see a “Plex successfully claimed by…” message.
Once claimed, try to access the Plex server via the NAS’ IP address. For example, if the IP address is 10.1.2.3, use http://10.1.2.3:32400/web.
If the FAQ does not work, or if the NAS is running DSM 6, please do the following:
- Stop Plex Media Server
- Using Synology File Station, navigate to the Plex Data Folder.
- Right click on the Logs directory and choose Compress to Logs.zip.
- Download the zip file and post it to the thread.
