Straight question (no BS) about connecting Plex to Dropbox to stream TV and movies

Hi there. I just picked up a Dropbox Pro account on 14-day trial, and have upped a test file (an mp4 format movie file). My question is simple:

What steps do I go through to have Plex pick up my Dropbox account and start populating Plex (just on my NVidia Shield for now) with my movie and TV files (the way Kodi does when you plug in an external drive)?

Anyone?

Plex Cloud has been discontinued.

Plex Cloud to be discontinued Nov 30, 2018

We’ve made the difficult decision to shut down the Plex Cloud service on November 30th, 2018 . As you may know, we haven’t allowed any new Plex Cloud servers since February of this year, and since then we’ve been actively working on ways to address various issues while keeping costs under control.
