Streamer—Remote Access

I am having issues with remote access. It continually connects/disconnects randomly. I have opened the port on my ASUS router but still having issues. I do have a Centurylink Actiontec Modem/Router combo in front of my ASUS router that I believe is causing the issue but not entirely sure. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Two routers can commonly cause a “double-NAT” situation. You can find an explanation, and steps to take, here:

I did see that guide and looked to see if I had a double nat issue and I do not, both IPs match.

Well, that’s about the extent of my skills with this type of problem. Hopefully someone else will jump in.

Hi, since yesterdays update I am having the same problem again, the last time I set up port forwarding on my router and all was well till the update, I have spent the last 2 days re-configuring and still no joy, what is strange is that if I do get it to stay green and then click onto another setting in the list it goes off again, but if I stay on the page it stays green, but even then no one can stream not even me on another tv in another room. I need help and a fix for this as soon as please. by the way window 10 64bit, and a BT Smart Hub 2
