Subscribed to PlexPass and plex no longer downloads metadata

Hello all
I just subscribed to the PlexPass and refreshed my metadata on my server. All metadata disappeared and now NO metadata will download. Tried with TV Shows and Movies. Hitting the “Match” Option shows me the menu with no results. None of the TV Shows will match.

Before, Plex had no problem finding a match for any movie and downloading the metadata. Now after subscribing to PlexPass, I can’t even find a match! It doesn’t even try to search for it.
All of my media is correctly named, because it worked before.

Plex is running in a FreeNas 12 iocage jail using the “Plex (Plexpass)” Installation. I reinstalled Plex after purchacing the plex pass to “clean up” my library

I have this exact same issue now after upgrading from a v9 Freenas install to v11. Now all of my media will not match.
