Subtitle Problem in Downloaded Content

Hello.

I can’t view subtitles on content I downloaded to my device via plex mobile (ios). The subtitles I added via opensubtitle or import don’t work. Only the video plays, no subtitles.

Even if I add subtitles later, the subtitles cannot be displayed. This has been the case since older versions. I waited for it to be fixed, but the was not fixed.

Player Version#: 8.38.3

I guess this is a problem many people are facing and plex doesn’t care!
