I have my subs working ok on a Movie or TV show but when I forward a video the subtitles DISAPPEAR and the only way to appear again is by stopping the video and start it again
Anybody knows how to fix this? I remember some time ago this was not happening.

It has already been fixed, you need to update your app to the latest version 2.002.
Remember to uninstall, reboot the TV and do a fresh install to avoid any weird update bugs.
Thx, but Im still not seeing version 2.002 for download. Follow ur instructions and still version 2.001 is the available…any thougths

You can tell by the main letter used in the model.
C = 2010
D = 2011
E = 2012
F = 2013
H = 2014
J = 2015
So for example UE32J5200 means UE = europe, 32 = inch, J = 2015, and 5200 is the series.
