Plex for Xbox v2.114.1 (client v5.57.2) xbox one
After updating to the latest version, when playing .srt and .ass subtitles, it will force burn subtitle and cannot be played, after stopping the display of subtitles, it will play normally.
Unfortunately I can’t go back console Plex version to verify if the upgrade is causing the problem. but I can see this error reported in the server-side logs:
Unable to find client profile for device; platform=Xbox, platformVersion=10.0.22621.4074, device=Xbox, model=Xbox One
