I am not sure if Plex engineers are too busy, know about this problem, or just are looking into it at this moment but could anyone from Plex comment on this issue one way or another? This way, at least your clients would not feel ignored.
OK. Wrote this message too soon. Found out on the other Roku Plex thread that the issue fixing this particular issue was add to the “Preview Plex”. I downloaded it right away and tested it. It works now. Thank you.
