My plex server does not download subtitles automatically for approx 9 months now. I had to search mannually (I am logged into in opensubtitles). Now also this does not work anymore. Subtitles are found but do not show up in movie.
How can this be fixed?

This is a new feature in PMS. IE: No Subtitle support.
Last I heard there are no plans to fix this…
I’m a little upset too as now my rather large foreign film collection is useless…
And not only that, if you manually search the subtitles it will work for a while. And then somehow the subtitles will be deleted.
