Subtitles not working. Show's "none". srt file exists, and it named properly.

So… i can’t seem to get subtitles working. Under the movies, it shows “subtitles: none”

The movie file and .srt file are named the same and in the proper format. “The Matrix.mp4” , The Matrix.en.srt"

Any ideas? Running the latest version of Plex as of today, on Debian. Subtitles shows none in all clients that i try and internal web.

I am experiencing same problems on a few of my movies. tried all solutions i could think of with no luck

under Agents make sure that local media assets i first then force refresh

I tried this and it did not work. I’ve been experiencing this problem for a while now and have been trying to find a solution that works.

Setting - Server - Agents - turn on the Local Media Assets agent.
