Sudden buffering

Hi I know this massively lacks any useful information but initially just looking for advice/suggestions as to possible routes to explore if issue occurs again.

Me and my partner were watching an episode the other day and playback was fine (other than sound v slightly out of sync) she came back last night to continue the episode (same episode same TV nothing changed) and it was constantly buffering, any ideas or helpful pointers?

If the issue occurs again, the best course of action is to:

  1. temporarily stop your playback,
  2. go to settings - server - troubleshooting - download logs
  3. It will give you a ZIP file
  4. Attach/upload that zip file here.

audio sync issues occur with MKV files (seamless branching of ripped BluRays) , a jutter in the network (wifi stutter), or just the player itself.

If not a server issue then this might be a bugger to track down unless it occurs frequently.

Nice one cheers if it repeats il grab the logs, bizarre it was fine one day and screwed the next, network bandwidth all seemed to check out hardware all seemed chill, I was stumped
