Server is running on Unraid. Docker is up to date. Everything was working perfectly, but since yesterday my android app and nvidia shield app says server is offline. When using Chrome on the same android phone works perfectly. Using plex app on iphone or windows laptop works.
I tried the obvious… reboot server, reboot android phone, update etc…
Any ideas ?

Same issue on my Chromebook, does not work from Plex App but works from Chrome.
Just noticed something strange, I can pay music from Plexamp app !
Same problem here !! Do something please !!! I’ve got an iphone and Ipad wich iare working fin but all my android App don’t see the server.
Same problem here I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the app and the server too. PC is wired to the router and showing online, but in the app its showing offline.
YEs it’s seems to touch ANDROID build but not ios.
It’s seems to be certificat related…
reverting back to version 5.6.1 worked as a temporary solution for me. I’ve been having this problem since a month or two now and haven’t recieved any help or comments on my posts about the issue here.
I noticed today on my nvidia shield I can not access my own server but I can access other invite servers. Also if I share access, the remote user also can not use nvidia shield to access my server… Yes definitly sounding like certificate issue.
Just updated PMS docket and everything is back working !!!
