I‘ve done it as you told me. Completely turned off remote and after 1 hour I enabled it again and set the port to an another one as 32400. I don‘t know which part exactly, but it worked! Now remote access works as good as before. Thanks so much for your help. Have a nice evening.

Look at what it’s telling you … The certificate is not valid. (the red box) If that is your FQDN, then what do the PMS logs tell you as it starts up? Does your P12/PFX file contain Cert. Key, and CA ?

Plex.tv comes through your WAN IP address (modem/router + port forwarding + firewall ) If Plex.tv can reach your server (the WAN IP:port) then so should the app … because plex.tv gave it that same IP:port) Sending you a PM of what Plex.tv sees.
