There are two places where to sign in:
- the web app
- the server
Don’t use your junk account to ‘sign in’ the server. This is what you did before.

Here is how it’s supposed to be:
Plex Server on Mac: signed in to spdorsey
Plex Server on Windows: signed in to spdorsey
all clients (this includes the Web app) signed in to spdorsey
except: one client which is used by your buddies. this one is signed into junkuser
Then you only have to share your server(s) to junkuser,
like this: https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/sections/200295083-Server-Sharing
Cool.
I did the thing with the service. I also did the Regedit thing. I am signed in on my PC as spdorsey. I was able to claim the home that was not claimed (or how ever you put it - better than I did!)
Junk User has been re-added. It is looking for my main library. The main library is still adding programming (taking quite a while), so I assume that’s why Junkuser cannot see it yet.
The Mac will be officially offline from here on in. I will convert it to some other use. No more Plex on that Mac.
I’ll be accessing the Plex server from 3 Rokus in the house, 3 iPads, 2 computers, and probably 2 iPhones. Sometimes remotely.
