Switching from wifi to mobile

Is it possible to revisit this post

Library tab is unviewable on Android phone - #7 by FordGuy61

I noticed it was closed but this is still an issue. Basically if you move from a WiFi network to a mobile one plex doesn’t seem to recognise the change and you get library unavailable.
A forced restart of the andriod app is required
