Symbolic link support for 'Plex Versions' directory

Now when you optimize, point to that directory.

That works on a single item.

There’s a bug (?) where if you Optimize the entire Library, you can’t choose a different target directory. I guess bug because it used to work.

• Why is selecting the Optimized "Version storage location" for an entire Library is no longer supported -> Library level optimization not possible!
