Sync Fails on multiple audio stream .mkv and .m2ts files

First off this issue is new but I dont know where along the way it broke. The flow is as follows:

  1. start sync either via the web GUI or on the system directly (tried all options for file transcoding sizes) for a .mts or .m2ts file.
  2. The “Conversion” page flashes a image of the item being synced then it disappears
  3. The system shows the title to be synced in “waiting on conversion”

It sits here indefinitely.

The logs show nothing of merit but I can post them if this isn’t a “known issue”. This used to work for me a time ago (about 6 months ago when I took road trip and needed to do this). I did try another solution posted on the forums and took a title with the issue and used TSMuxer on it to remove all “PGS” tracks with no luck.

Any ideas ? Need logs ?
