Sync - plex to android phone

I get an error:

There was an error adding the item to sync. please check your internet connection and try again later

When trying to sync my new installed plex music. I can strea the music fine, but no synchronization is possible.

I checke,d and my plex app has permiisons to save to my SD car.d

Where can I look for possibel reasons?

I am able to stream and download podcasts just fine.
