The movies I’ve purchased from iTunes will not synch. Only the ones I uploaded from dvds. I get the following error message.

Is this an error or is it just the meta data is not accessible on movies from iTunes?
Id appreciate any thought you might have on this subject.
I would suggest you follow the advice given in that message first to re-analyze the media files in Plex Media Server

If the problem persists, try to get some server logs.
So ensure debug logging enabled on Plex Media Server and restart the server to get fresh logs created

Then re-do the analyze media action on the media you wish to sync for this test
Then initiate the sync
When you get the error note down the time and take a full screenshot

Then upload the screenshot and server logs zip
