@ChuckPa, I had another look at the LAN settings and noticed a weird static route. After deleting this route it is working perfectly. Tested with 10 simultaneous plays! Cheers for the help.
So was it

Glad it’s resolved.
I whish I knew what it was…
When you have a static route – something executed a route add command.
A new piece of software ?
Custom routing you needed and mistyped?
Did anything new/weird/non-standard get installed right before the problem started?
No, no new software or anything. Just did the upgrade and before we didn’t have a static route in there. That’s why I also didn’t even looked at it…
Given you hasn’t looked there in awhile, I’d assume you don’t actually know if the route existed prior to your upgrade or not.
But dsm does have some setting where it will try to add routes to your router for you. You could check to see if you did that awhile ago and when you upgraded it attempted to add prior routes to the router settings. I forget where the settings are for this. But it has a separate tab for router set up in dsm somewhere.
