Synology DS218+ Invalid file format on manual install

Hi, I have a DS218+ running DSM 7 and have PMS 1.21.0.3744 installed. Plex says that there is a newer version (1.21.1.3830) available and that I have to manually install it. I hop on down to the Plex download page and download the Intel 64bit version.
When trying to install, I get an error message ‘Invalid file format. Please contact the package developer’.
Anyone faced the same error and any fix for it?

Those downloads are for DSM 6. They will not install on a DSM 7 system.

See the threads in the synology-server section of the forum regarding DSM 7. Post in that section if you need assistance. You’ll receive faster responses than posting in the general discussion area.
