Synology - DSM 7 Plex Not Up Upgrading

Uninstall with the KEEP option (first radio button)

Reinstall – HOWEVER

  1. Click “new or lost servers” (Plex Claim Token method)
  2. Click "Get Plex Claim Token hyperlink
  3. From the tab which opens, COPY the token
  4. Return to the installer tab
  5. PASTE the token in the box on the form.
  6. CLick NEXT - NEXT - DONE and let it install.
  7. If successful, it will report success and show “Claimed by: YourPlexUsername”
