Since getting SKY broadband my Synology NAS, which has the Plex media server on, no longer shows when I log into Plex on both TV and online. The NAS goes through a Orbi router and I’ve had no issues before when I was with virgin.
For some reason I can access my library via my iPhone and it plays media so no idea why it will not connect through other methods.
Any help please.
