Synology Suite latest 8555 version analysis title problem, serious problem, urgent help

Hello, my machine is Synology version 7.2, and the plex server is the official suite version. I upgraded to the latest version 1.40.3.8555 a few days ago. Then the analysis of the new file in the library will be stuck, which is very affecting my use. How can I solve it? It is stuck like the picture below, and it keeps like this for many hours.

Can you manually create a ZIP file of the Logs directory (PlexMediaServer shared folder… PlexMediaServer/AppData/Plex Media Server/Logs )

  1. Stop Plex Media Server.

  2. Right click on the Logs directory and choose Compress to Logs.zip.

  3. Download the zip file to your computer.

  4. Upload the zip file to this thread. Drag it into the message window and it will insert at the cursor location (same as with a picture, screenshot, etc.).

Can I not delete the plexmediaserver shared folder data, delete the package, and then reinstall the package to roll back to the previous version? Is this possible? The previous version did not have the described problem.

Currently, the analysis of the title will get stuck only when setting up a new file, but it works normally when I manually click to analyze a certain drama.

You’ve exceeded the number of directories Linux can monitor.

This is a Linux, not Plex, setting. Changing Plex Media Server versions will have no effect.
