After I updated my TCL Android TV, plex crash down when I open any movie or episode then select Play original quality i find myself in the home page. But it doesn’t happen when I just play on the already quality without choosing anything like subtitle or quality.
My internet is so fast, i’m sure it’s not the problem. And this never happened before the TV latest update.
Please if anyone knows how to fix this or how to contact with the support center so they can update the app.

I have Phillips android tv and my plex was working flawlessly but recent update has caused frequent crashes. It usually occurs in beginning of video and if starts playing then it works flawlessly. I enjoyed plex for some time now and bought plex pass. This started happening after i got my plex pass. So not sure if thats the factor. I have my tv hard wired, powerful plex server and gigabit internet, so thats not the issue as well. I also see tv os lagging when this app crashing.
