Terramaster NAS Plex server becomes unreachable everyday until a restart to nas is performed after OS update

Ive been using the terramaster F2-420 plex server for years now without any big issues however after a terramaster NAS OS update the plex server works properly for about 7 hours and then goes unresponsive for both watching videos and accessing the web admin page until i manually restart the NAS device.

This began after the TOS OS update to 3.1.07 thats why i manually updated it to beta OS 3.1.08 to see if it would fix it but the problem still persists.

Since the Plex server version remains unchanged i assume this issue arises because of the NAS TOS update, this is why i would like to report this to the plex team for verification.
