The device is in use with an existing DVR

Server Version#: Version 1.18.1.2019
Player Version#: Version 4.12.2 (web)

My HD HomeRun tuners were working fine until this recent server version update I received. After that, the tuner discovery in the Live TV and DRV setup stopped working, it can’t find my tuners and if I manually add them via IP, after mapping the channels, I get this error message.

Anyone have any ideas?

Blockquote:heart:

Those are just informational messages, WARN or ERROR would be a problem.

But the error I’m getting in the frontend is real :frowning:

You will have to provide more details. What error? That the DVR is in use?

What os? Browser?

Have you tried the Plex client for Windows/Mac?

Yes, I tried the Mac player and the error is the same. This does not seem to be a client issue. It seems that my tuners are already configured in some internal database, but after the update the server thinks there’s none and for that reason does not display them, but the page to set it up [1] again, and when I do so, it says they are already configured [2].

I need to find a way to erase the tuners configuration manually. Anyone knows how to do so?

Restore one of your backed up databases from before the upgrade. If you delete the DVR, be sure to wait a couple minutes for it to clean up the database before you re-add them.
