How are the files named inside the folders?

Even if I change files name strictly according to the rules under its supervision, it can’t be updated. [image] [image] [image] [image] It is useless to refresh its metadata. Delete the entire library and add it again what is helpful.

Please check the latest reply. I don’t think this is a setup problem, but the new scanner can’t refresh it after detecting changes in file name and directory structure.
