I have several TV series with conflicting data in TVDB and TheMovieDB. But now I’m stumped; I have opted to have my TV library use theMovieDB for Episode Ordering. But they don’t know that The Pioneer Woman is still airing episodes. They have no listings for the last several years. But TheTVDB has them all and they’re all correct. Is there a way to have just one series use TheTVDB?
For the whole library, I have Scanner: PlexTV Scanner, Agent: Plex Scanner, Episode Ordering: TheMovieDB.
Note: I’d also love advice on getting Columbo and Doctor Who episodes right!
Edit the Show (pencil icon) → Advanced → Episode Ordering

And Forgetful, apparently. I had already set the specific show to TheTVDB. When I view it on the PC, using the Plex app, all episodes are named properly and have correct descriptions.
But when I view it from the Android app or Shield, they are Episode 1, and so on. So I’m missing something.
The android apps may have cached old info.
Force stop, clear cache, and relaunch.
Thank you for your suggestions. I tried clearing the caches, but no joy. I’ll give it some time. Sometimes things seem to fix themselves or get fixed in the background.

Not sure why that is happening.
I’ve never seen one client display episode info correctly and another display it differently / incorrectly.
If they’re looking at the same show in the same library on the same server, they should display the same information.
