The transcoder was unable to process this media with Sync and iOs devices

I have the Nvidia shield server and with the most recent public update I can no longer sync to my iPhone but I can to my Android tablet.
The error is: The transcoder was unable to process this media
I’ve included the log file.

This happens even if I select Original.

Edit: This may be an issue with recent MKV files, I’m finding older MKV files will convert but not more recent ones.
I’ve attached two XML files, one works, and one doesn’t.
this could be a transcoding issue with new MKV formats

These files do sync when I choose my Nexus 7 2013 though.

Still no word on this? I’m running into it on A LOT of media that I can play just fine on my iPad, but it refuses to sync with the above error. The same media syncs fine to my Samsung S9…

Sorry I never responded to this,
The issue was incorrectly formatted subtitle files included in MKV files. I ended up choosing different sources.
