@danielseara686 Your avatar here when clicked says you’re a basic user (don’t have a Plex Pass). So I’m curious if you’ve added local lyrics using the method described in the Plex Support Article,
Adding Local Lyrics and Artwork for Music Files
If you have followed that for a specific song, and if lyrics show up in the hosted web app for that song as evidenced by the lyrics button

and clicking the button displays them, you’ve shown that the particular song+lyrics works.
If you’ve shown it’s working on that song in the web app but doesn’t work on your Samsung Tizen player app, please let me know.
TIA
Hi. I have local lyrics, as you comment. However, there is no button…nor in the hosted web, nor in the Player from the server. Of courxe, there is no button in Tizen as well

Aha, it’s greyed out.
Maybe you could zip up the lyric file and attach it.
I’ll try to replicate what’s happening. I was hoping only
LyricFind was a Plex Pass perk, while local lyrics were
allowed for basic users.
Attached you have the txt file
El Rey León 01 El Ciclo Vital.txt (789 Bytes)
Thanks. The subtitle file is UTF-8. So that’s perfect.
Please also show us the directory structure naming you used including the Artist, album, and filenames (music and subtitles). Thanks again.
This is a somewhat difficult album to fix for you, I’m afraid. Hopefully you won’t be too unhappy with my suggestions. We may have better luck checking what works on your Tizen if you show me a different, more simple album that’s not a soundtrack.
Based on what you showed, your issue appears to be naming files and folders.
According to the support article Adding Music Media From Folders, and based on it being the soundtrack from The Lion King musical, the album should be under the Various Artists folder, named something like below. I’m not sure if the tracks should be named in English or Spanish, but this is the style it should be.
Audio/Flac/Español/
Various Artists/
El Rey León El Musical [Original 1997 Broadway Cast Recording]/
artwork.jpg
01 - El Ciclo Vital.flac
01 - El Ciclo Vital.txt
02 - La Llanura.flac
02 - La Llanura.txt
03 - La Caza De Las Leonas.flac
03 - La Caza De Las Leonas.txt
...
I crafted the above from what you wrote and what Apple Music tells me it’s called.
If you do these adjustments, you will have to Plex Dance the album and rename things before moving them back in and scanning library files.
>Not working. BTW, there is no many sense having to name the files in English. What about “Alma de Diamante, by Invisible” argentinian band?
