@zelkovatheai Metadata should be working so it should identify the show and download all the relevant info.
Most imagery seems to be working with the exception of season posters, which are working on some things for me but not others, probably due to the couple of errant servers mentioned above.
(PMS 1.18.2.2019 on Windows Server 2016)
I hope there is a miscommunication here because plex without 3rd party agents isnāt plex anymore

Plugins are dead (more or less).
Do I read agents or plugins here? Tell me. Still I donāt know, whether 3rd party agents are handled differently than plugins. You tell me.

It is desperately sad that plugins will likely stop worknig soo. Plex without the Trakt plugin for me will be useless. That will be when I move away. If I wanted movie deals with adverts, I would have requested them. Itās all such a shame.

Does this discussion of plug-ins means there will be no fix?.. I can wait no problem, I just want to know if it will be fixed or if I need an alternative to PLEX (which is the best Iāve ever used). - THX

My testing is complete. A lot of progress has been made.
Per previous posting, we knew there were ways to improve on our end too.
We took a good hard look at that to implement now and prototyped.
I will update with more info after Engineering and QA go over it.

@Toby_Groves Itās not registering Fate/Stay Night Heavenās Feel Lost Butterfly at all which is its own entry. I canāt get plex to even search for that. When I do it comes up with nothing. I donāt know whats wrong because prior to all of this I had managed to get the first movie to register and get all the relevant info for it but this one I just canāt.
Iām having issues with TheTVDB agent also.
Currently itās not picking up the posters for each season of South Park and there are 23 seasons, however on TheTVDB website all posters and images for the seasons and data are present but for plex it isnāt pulling posters except the main South Park poster and then it uses the same for all 23 seasons
I also have problems.
The agent retrieves the synopsis (in English and not in French, although the translation is present on TheTVDB). The actors are recovered, but not the jackets!

So after downloading the latest Plex Pass version, I am now getting posters 
TheTVDB V3 API change we talked about doing is done.
Will the change work automatically, or should the service/daemon be restarted to take effect?
